Absolutely, because you only pay for the hours you need you save money by not incurring expenses such as benefits, equipment, or supplies.

You’ll be given a dedicated Virtual Assistant who will take care of all your administrative needs. This enables you to develop a strong, effective, long-term working relationship. Your Virtual Assistant will get to know you and understand your business so that she can provide the very best service, tailored to your individual needs and preferences. Your Virtual Assistant will be supported by others, allowing for cross-utilisation of skill bases.

All of our Virtual Assistants are located in South Africa. Should you be based in the same city as your Virtual Assistant, they would love to meet you!

Whichever method best suits you: WhatsApp, Google, Skype, Zoom. There are a whole host of cost-effective and easy applications to use – the world is a very small place nowadays – it’s up to you!

Your VA will manually track their time on a detailed timesheet. Your VA will keep you updated on the hours they have utilised throughout the month, or when they are nearing the end of budgeted hours. If you wish your VA can share access to their time tracking spreadsheet with you so you can both see hours utilised in real time. The choice is yours!

We don’t allow un-used hours to be rolled over. This policy is designed to be fair to our employees who have set aside time to work for you. Like every organisation, employees are our strength and we try to minimise their stress so that they can provide excellent customer service to you. We are flexible on a monthly basis allowing you to upgrade or downgrade your plan with short notice.

Our packages work on a monthly basis. You’ll be notified by your Virtual Assistant if you’re nearing the end of your package. You can then purchase additional hours to take you to the end of the month.

Plans will be automatically renewed on a monthly basis. If you sign up with us mid-month, we’ll issue a pro-rated invoice. We invoice monthly, and in advance. Cancellation requires one month’s notice.

All employees are allowed reasonable holiday leave and the occasional sick day. This can be accommodated within your working relationship. Should you need cover while your Virtual Assistant is unavailable, we can provide a fill-in Virtual Assistant.
